Cloud Enablement
Automated Cloud Deployment
Automated Cloud Deployment is also referred to as Infrastructure as Code (IaC). For Infinity Projects this means that we will develop and maintain code for a standard cloud subscription which will function as an extension of the on-premise network. By running a script, this can be enabled swiftly and consistently. We will work with you through the end to ends process to ensure a successful outcome fully aligned with your needs.
Your cloud subscription will need to be designed and developed as per your needs and in conjunction with your cloud provider of choice, be it Microsoft, AWS, Google or any other provider – we are provider agnostic.
The benefit for customers is that there is no need to build a cloud environment from scratch with the potential risk of not having all the components in place. No specific cloud knowledge is required as we will manage all aspects of the deployment with no impact on users and existing processes and will be provided as an extension of the local network. This will allow businesses to act faster and will avoid a considerable investment in training, time and people.
Self-service Automated Cloud Deployment
The self-service automated cloud deployment will allow customers to create a tailored cloud environment by answering questions asked in non-IT (natural) language via a chatbot. The chatbot will log all interaction and translate this into the code which is required to deploy standard components that are already developed as part of the automated cloud deployment product.
We will design and build a scalable cloud-based hosting environment accompanied by a fully transparent charging model with no unforeseen or unplanned costs.
This is intended for small businesses that do not have an IT department and rely on third party providers on an outsource model basis. The benefit for this group is the avoidance of the high once off costs incurred when outsourcing whilst still having access to a state-of-the-art IT environment.
IT SERVICES
Migration Services
Infinity Projects will provide the expertise and manpower to transform on premises IT landscapes to cloud based landscapes. This service can be offered in combination with a review and streamline of the existing IT landscape to ensure that only applications and data that contribute to the business goals are migrated. The migration services (the what) will be tailored, but deployments (the how) will be highly standardized. The execution of the migration services will follow the highest project management standards.
Infinity Projects offers a stress-free cloud migration process as a once off investment to its’ customers. The customer base does not need to invest in knowledge on cloud design and engineering or project management.
The solution allows the deployment of the cloud environment through our automated deployment service, which will reduce your implementation costs and provide access to additional services as part of the Infinity Projects eco system.
IT SERVICES
IT Quick Scan
The IT quick scan allows validation of a customer’s IT landscape against enterprise architecture standards. The essence of enterprise architecture is to define required capabilities and the (business) processes to fulfill these. Every application (and the data that is generated with it) will be assessed for if and how it contributes to the business processes. The result of the IT quick scan will be a report on the effectiveness of the current IT landscape and recommendations on how to improve.
Customers will get an external independent view on possible options to improve efficiency.
IT SERVICES
Support Desk
​Infinity Projects provides a virtual support desk to all of our customers. Being virtual, the service desk will allow for costs to be minimized and alleviate the need for the provision of local infrastructure and office space. We use dedicated service desk software to manage the delivery of this service that ant issues or service requests are dealt with in a fast and efficient way.
This will be offered as a service to all Infinity Projects customers who will only be charged if they log a ticket. Again, charges to our customers will be kept to a minimum as the expense incurred in running the service desk will be spread across all of our customers. We can of course also provide a dedicated service desk if desired.
